Payments and cancellation terms:
PAYMENTS:
Reservations between Dec.25 – Jan. 3 and Semana Santa must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
FOR RESERVATIONS OF 1-20 NIGHTS:
PAYMENTS:
31 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: 1 night per suite is payable at time of booking.
30 OR LESS DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: 50% of total reservation. If your reservation is only one night, it must be paid in full.
BALANCE 50%: is payable at time of arrival at the hotel. See payment methods below.
NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION TERMS FOR RESERVATIONS 1-20 NIGHTS:
31 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: 1 night per suite is nonrefundable.
30 OR LESS DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: 50% of total reservation is nonrefundable. If your reservation is only one night, it is 100% nonrefundable.
UPON ARRIVAL, AFTER FULL PAYMENT: accommodation cancelled or not used is 100% nonrefundable.

PAYMENT METHODS: we accept CASH in Pesos, Euros, USD or Canadian dollars. Credit or debit cards: Mastercard or Visa. Payment with credit or debit card, owner of the card must be present and have the card and ID with them. Bank transfers must be done before arrival date (accounts in Canada, USA and Mexico available). The money must appear in our account before you check in.
